Any items ordered from our website is done on secured web pages for your protection. In addition, if you ever have a question regarding an order and/or prefer to talk directly with me regarding any request, I am available at my offices between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm eastern, Monday through Friday. Again, if you wish to talk directly with me, it is best to call my direct customer service line during the specified times. Other wise, when calling our toll-free order line, you will communicate with helpful individuals, but who are trained simply to take orders, not answer specific questions about products or handle order concerns.

Our customer service guarantees satisfaction. If you request something from our website and it takes too long in your opinion to receive it, just let me know and I will send you a FREE bonus item, for not meeting all your expectations. And, if you ever order something and it does not meet your complete satisfaction, within 90 days after receiving the item, simply return it for a full refund.

Please note that many of the services offered through mrlandlord.com are provided by individuals and companies affiliated with us but separate from us. In some cases, if additional assistance is needed that must be provided by one of our affiliates, I may contact you by email or phone and give you our affiliates phone number or email address so that you can contact them directly. For example, one of the most popular services offered on our website are our credit check services which are run by one of our affiliate offices. If you have questions regarding; signing up for service, user name, password or other account information, temporary log-in difficulties, adding on properties, on-site inspections, debt reporting, etc, please call the credit check offices directly and they will be glad to assist you. Their direct toll-free number is 1-888-294-4640. Their offices are on the west coast. Call between 9am and 5pm "pacific" time.

In addition, not all items on our website our shipped from our offices. Some items or services come directly from the affiliated publisher or another company in various locations across the country. Likewise, for some of the software offered on our website, technical assistance is provided, however not by us, but directly from the software developers. So, if an item is not received or technical assistance is needed, I will make sure you are connected with the appropriate contacts. Making sure you receive prompt and satisfactory service regarding anything promoted on our website is of utmost importance to me, so please notify me if you do not receive satisfactory service from any company affiliated with us and promoted on our website. Because of our desire to provide complete customer service satisfaction, companies that do not provide satisfactory service to our website visitors will not continue to be promoted on our site.

P.S. Also when ordering an item from our catalog, I'd recommend paying the small extra charge for priority service, so that you will receive the item within 3 to 5 business days. Otherwise, it may take up to two weeks for delivery, which is fine if you are not in a hurry. However, in talking with many of you, I have discovered that the majority of you are anxious to receive and take advantage of the information contained in the resource you are ordering.
